Sessions
Small Group Training
Sessions limited to 1-5 additional athletes. Here we use detailed video analysis and innovative training methods to identify your athlete’s weaknesses and teach them solutions. Open to the public. Duration: 55 minutes
Private Training
One on one training with a trainer with no additional athletes. Here we use detailed video analysis and innovative training methods to identify your athlete’s weaknesses. Open to the public. Duration: 55 minutes or 30 minutes.
Hybrid Training
A combination of Small Group Training and Private Training in order to gain the best of both worlds. Open to the public.
Elite Training
Sessions limited to 1-5 additional college level athletes and beyond. Here we bring together high level athletes to train in an elite environment. Closed to the Public. Duration: 55 minutes.
